David is the owner and founder of David Desmet Public Affairs, established in Belgium in 2012. Building on his extensive experience as a communications expert, medical and health journalist and author, of working as and with freelance public affairs professionals in the medical and health sectors, he has grown DDPA into the successful and well respected organisation it is today.

Stuart is a communications and public affairs professional with more than 15 years of experience in public affairs, corporate and political communications, and policy work, both in Brussels and in the United Kingdom.
